Serious virus infections may require your computer to be serviced at our office.
Of course, you must have an active internet connection for Teamviewer remote support to connect and function. If the problem is that your internet not working, then you may have to switch off your modem and wait 5 minutes before again turning it on again. If your interent connection still fails, then it might be time to call your internet service provider.
Teamviewer remote support works well with ADSL, NBN, Cable and NextG connections locally, interstate or overseas.
Satellite users often experience high degrees of latency, and this may limit a good working remote support connection.

• One hour remote support $132.
