Rustdesk remote support is securely encrypted. Our Rustdesk server in Perth, WA, establishes, authenticates and secures your connection. Only our technicians can access your computer with the custom configuration steps detailed below. You will still need to tell our technician your unique ID and one-time password.
Download the Rustdesk installation file, and save it to your Downloads folder.
From the Download folder, click on rustdesk-x86_64.exe to begin installation
Then click on the Install button. Rustdesk will begin installation. Confirm any prompts during installation.
Once installed, click the three little lines to enter Setup.
Click Network, then click on Unlock network settings, and confirm any prompts.
Click on ID/Relay Server
This little window will now pop up. Copy the text string below, by selecting it, right-click and choose Copy:

Or, you may click on the button to copy the text from the text field. Then you may paste the text afterwards in the specific Rustdesk window in Step 9.

Or, this is another example of selecting the configuration text and copying it. (Alternatively, you may also download a text configuration file, and copy the text it contains to the computer's Clipboard.)
Once you have copied the configuration text into memory, simply click this little icon, and the configuration settings will automatically appear!
Now click OK, and you're done!
Rustdesk has been successfully installed and configured.
Click Home on the top left hand side.
